The reverse side, designed by renowned sculptor and artist Sandra Deiana, depicts George Michael’s iconic look from the music video for the song “Faith.” The reverse also features a graphic representation of the sound waves from the same song, depicted as vertical lines.

The obverse of the coin features a portrait of King Charles III of the United Kingdom wearing a crown, along with the inscription CHARLES III∙D∙G∙REX∙F∙D, the denomination, and the year, as designed by Martin Jennings.
