Withdrawal from the contract

INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

I. Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Mennica Skarbowa S.A., ul. Jasna 1, 00-013 Warsaw, fax: +48 22 188 11 67, e-mail: sklep@mennicaskarbowa.pl about your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an unequivocal statement to the following address: Mennica Skarbowa S.A., ul. Jasna 1, 00-013 Warsaw.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

II. Consequences of withdrawing from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract.

We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution. In any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

Please return or deliver the item to us at the following address: Mennica Skarbowa S.A., ul. Jasna 1/336, 00-013 Warsaw, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

III. Exclusions from the right to withdraw from the contract

The right to withdraw from the contract by the Customer, including the Consumer, is excluded in the following cases:

1) the provision of services for which the Consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that, once the entrepreneur has performed the service, they will lose the right to withdraw from the contract, and they accepted this;

2) Listed Goods and other contracts for services for which the price or remuneration depends solely on movements in prices on the financial market;

3) Goods made to individual order and other contracts where the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the Customer's specifications, including the Consumer, or serving to satisfy their individual needs;

4) services with characteristics specified by the Consumer in their order or serving to satisfy their individual needs, in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.
