Jaskrawe ubarwienie samca przypomina ubiór zwariowanego arlekina z tradycyjnej włoskiej komedii dell'arte, stąd angielska nazwa Harlequin Duck. Moneta na rewersie przedstawia parę kaczek kamieniuszek stojących na kamieniach w wartko płynącym strumieniu. Pokazany z profilu, jaskrawo ubarwiony samiec zajmuje centralne miejsce. Biała kropka za okiem i białe zabarwienie nad ciemnym dziobem są wspólne dla samca i samicy, która stoi za nim po lewej stronie obrazu. Rwący potok, przedstawiony na drugim planie, nadaje scenie dynamicznego charakteru. Podobnie jak w przypadku innych monet z tej serii, część obrazu wykracza poza wewnętrzną ramę rewersu, nadając mu unikalny trójwymiarowy wygląd.
