Historical overview
Immortalized in the cult film "Jaws," the great white shark is the largest known predatory fish in the world and can grow up to six meters in length. With up to 300 teeth in several rows, it tears its prey to pieces and then swallows it whole. This predator gets its name from its white belly and gray upper body. It swims at a speed of about 40 kilometers per hour, but this shark can reach speeds of up to 56 kilometers per hour when attacking its prey, for example. Although this predator is found along the eastern, southern, and western coasts of Australia, human interactions with sharks are relatively rare. The number of great white sharks is believed to be declining, which is why they are a protected species in Australia.
Manufacturer
The Royal Australian Mint, based in Canberra (the capital of Australia), is the first mint in the world to receive ISO 9001 international quality standards accreditation. It also has an impressive history dating back to 1965.
This reputable institution is an excellent choice for all seekers of high-quality government and investment products.
His Highness Prince Philip was invited to the official opening of the mint on February 22, 1965. Since then, the Royal Australian Mint has earned a reputation as a leader in the coinage industry, with its main goal being to introduce a new currency based on the decimal system. The Royal Australian Mint was the first mint in Australia to be independent of the British Royal Mint.
One of the many reasons why it is worth trusting the products of this mint is its versatility. Not only does it supply local circulation coins, but it also produces them for other countries, such as Malaysia, Fiji, Thailand, and New Zealand. Its pioneering role and leading position in the market is confirmed, among other things, by the fact that in 2001 it was the first mint in the world to introduce coins with a double hologram.
When you choose products from the Royal Australian Mint, you can be sure that you will receive excellent quality, reliability, and innovation.
