The 20 złoty collector banknote, issued in 2011 by the National Bank of Poland, commemorates the centenary of Maria Skłodowska-Curie being awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. It is the fifth collector banknote issued by the NBP, paying unique tribute to one of the most outstanding figures in the history of science.
