Terms and Conditions of the "Diamond of Happiness for New Customers" Promotion

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set out the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as

"Promotion") conducted under the name "Diamond of Happiness for New Customers."

Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as "Branches").

6. The promotion takes place within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

7. The promotion begins on August 16, 2024, and continues until it is canceled by

Organizer or until the maximum pool of Prizes is exhausted (hereinafter referred to as

"Promotion Period").

8. The purpose of the Promotion is to promote the Organizer and its activities.

"Customers"), which includes only persons who meet all of the following criteria

2. Customers may participate in the Promotion only once and receive only one Prize.

5. The prize will be issued together with the order collected at the Branch.

6. Each Prize will be packaged and secured with a holographic seal and

registration number.

III. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. All persons have the right to submit complaints to the Organizer regarding their

participation in the Promotion.

2. Complaints will be handled by persons specially designated for this purpose by the Organizer.

3. It is recommended that complaints be made in writing and include the name and

full name, exact address, date and place of the incident to which the claim relates, such as

5. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for a valid reason, which

states:

1) amendment of existing laws or introduction of new laws

2) issuance of an administrative decision or court ruling resulting in

obligation to amend the Regulations;

3) correction of obvious clerical errors;

4) the need to adapt technical and IT solutions when
