In January, gold prices fell slightly. Since the end of last year, the decline has been 0.8% in US dollars and 0.9% in Polish zlotys. As a result, the price of one ounce is $1,663, which corresponds to PLN 5,136. In contrast, other precious metals saw significant increases. In the first month of the year, platinum rose by 9.0% in dollars and 8.8% in zlotys, while palladium strengthened by 5.9% in dollars and 5.7% in zlotys. Silver prices also rose by 4.8% in dollars and 4.6% in zlotys.
