June is finally here! It's warm again, summer vacation is just around the corner, and we have plenty of weekend getaways and evening gatherings with friends ahead of us. It's the perfect opportunity for casual, relaxed outfits that can be accessorized with all the jewelry we wouldn't normally wear with more formal attire.

WHAT JEWELRY CAN WE WEAR?

Casual attire allows for a lot of freedom and flexibility in choosing jewelry. For relaxed outfits, we can wear, for example:

  • artistic jewelry (made of metal, glass),
  • silver and gold enamel jewelry,
  • jewelry made of strings, wooden beads, straps,
  • gold and silver jewelry so frivolous that it doesn't match other outfits,
  • many jangling bracelets at once, bracelets with charms and beads (large, colorful, and richly decorated pendants and beads),
  • very large earrings.

Even when dressing casually, we avoid tackiness, which is why we don't wear fake jewelry that clumsily imitates the real thing. When we dress casually, we can allow ourselves to be more imaginative than in other circumstances. We can also combine more elements (within reason) and wear, for example, several bracelets, long earrings, and even a necklace, which, when combined with a long, flowing dress, will not be excessive at all.

WHAT JEWELRY WE DO NOT WEAR

Casual attire allows for almost any jewelry, except for very ostentatious pieces, so we do not wear jewelry suitable for evening dresses. We also do not wear other evening jewelry, unless we are talking about an evening outfit.I also invite you to visit my blog www.wczerni.pl, where I explain the rules of dress code at work, after work, and at evening parties.
