It will work for any party that does not require a long dress. It requires the right accessories and jewelry to emphasize its evening character.

JEWELRY FOR A DRESS - WHAT JEWELRY TO CHOOSE?

Both sparkling jewelry with precious stones and more modest jewelry without stones will go well with a cocktail dress. Pearls are also a great choice. Pearls go with almost any outfit. They are elegant enough to be worn with a long dress, yet subtle enough to be worn at less formal events. Unlike diamonds, they are also suitable for daytime wear and do not look ostentatious, even in large quantities. Therefore, if we decide on precious stones, we choose smaller pieces of jewelry or wear fewer of them. However, when we choose pearls or jewelry without sparkling stones, we can wear a little more.

WHAT TO COMBINE

Earrings are the best choice. They can be worn alone or with a bracelet, ring, or brooch. Most women wear a wedding ring or engagement ring on their finger. These are also pieces of jewelry, which must be taken into account when putting together a whole set. Similarly, when wearing a watch on a decorative bracelet, we do not wear a bracelet (we do not wear a watch on a strap with a cocktail dress). If we want to wear a necklace, it is best to combine it with a bracelet or ring. We definitely do not combine it with a brooch, which is too close to the necklace. It is not advisable to combine a necklace and earrings or a bracelet and ring from the same set, but this rule does not necessarily apply to pearls. Especially in the case of stud earrings and a pearl necklace, it is difficult to create a set that does not look like a set.

BALANCE BETWEEN THE DRESS, JEWELRY, AND OTHER ACCESSORIES

Since cocktail dresses can be worn with decorative accessories, you need to take them into account when creating your entire outfit. The dress itself can also be decorated with shiny elements, which means you will need less jewelry.
